If you’re an AcgCardServices customer, make sure you understand your account information and how it works. Here are a few tips to help you get started.
Your AcgCardServices account is home to all your cards and transactions. You can access your account online, through the app, or by calling AcgCardServices.
To view or edit your account information, go to acgcardservices.com/myaccount. You can also print out your account summary and logs for future reference.
Your AcgCardServices account includes the following sections: profiles, cards, transactions, and statements. Each section is important for understanding how the system works and making optimal use of your cards.
Profiles: Your profile is where you manage all your cards and transactions. This includes creating new cards and editing existing ones, as well as reporting card activity to AcgCardServices. Note that you can’t add or delete accounts in this section; you must do that on acgcardservices.com/myaccount.
Cards: Each card has a unique number and expiration date (if applicable). You can add or delete cards in this section of your account, change the card’s name, or update its expiration date (if applicable). You can also report card activity to AcgCardServices from this section of your account.

View and Print Your AcgCard Services Statement
1. To view your AcgCardServices statement, visit the MyAcgCardServices page on the website and select the “View Statement” button.
2. You can print your AcgCardServices statement by clicking on the “Print” button at the bottom of the page.
3. Please be aware that you will need to login first in order to access your AcgCardServices statement. If you have not logged in for at least six months, you will need to create a new account in order to view or print your statement.

Update your Contact Information
If you have AcgCardServices or any other contactless payment solution, it’s important to keep your contact information updated. This includes your name and address, as well as the phone number you can be reached at. To view all of the available options, click on “User profiles” in the main navigation bar on the left side of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can view all of your account information, including your user ID and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on “Reset Password.” You will then be prompted to enter your current email address and new password. Lock and/or Hide Your AcgCard Services
If you are a customer of AcgCardServices, there are a few things you can do to help protect yourself and your data.

Request a Deletion of an Account
If you have a AcgCardServices account and would like to request deletion of your account please follow these steps: 1. Log into your account at acgcardservices.com 2. Click on “My Account” in the top navigation bar 3. Under “Account Details” on the left side of the page, click on “Request Deletion” 4. On the next page, please provide the following information: – Your full name – Your email address – The reason for requesting deletion (optional) 5. Once you have completed the form, click on “Submit Request” at the bottom of the page 6. A confirmation message will be sent to you 7. In order to confirm that your request has been received and processed by AcgCardServices, please check your spam or junk mail folder If all is well, you will see a message stating that your request has been accepted and your account will be deleted within 24 hours.
